Yes in some places they are ALREADY banned. But, in other places no. I think they should be banned in all places because they are treated poorly and are forced to do tricks. Additionally, the circus is not their habitat where they are meant to be. (we learned it in literacy, Ashwin!) -Gokul Y6KB
