SCIPS MAG welcomes Dhruv and Sophie to our new team! :)

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our brand new SCIPS MAG team members; Dhruv (Yr 5AL) and Sophie (Yr 6JA). They are extremely excited in becoming our school journalists. 

Dhruv is new to SCIPS as of this September and has already shown his commitment to our school by offering his time here within our school's SCIPS MAG team. He has joined us from Bangkok with his family including his sister who is in Reception. He has been living in Penang now for one year and his favourite place is ESCAPE. He really wants to be a journalist and is looking forward to writing great articles for you.

Sophie is also new to SCIPS as of this September and is very enthusiastic about taking part in as many school events and activities as possible. Sophie has joined us all the way from California and has enjoyed settling into Penang over the last few months. She is excited about making new friends and loves writing, so look out for our second budding journalist.

Every Thursday after school we will be working together to write exciting articles here for you online. Our school blog is the place to find out about and celebrate school events, updates, news, games, quizzes and challenges. All of the updates are written by the children themselves. 

We would like to encourage you to visit our blog every week to celebrate our success and feel free to comment on any of our posts that may interest you.

Welcome Back!!

We are very excited to have started our brand new school year 2013-14!! Our children and teachers are settled into their new classes and we are looking forward to starting our new adventures. We will have a new team producing updates for our school blog. We will update you weekly on key events happening around our school here, so keep checking...you may find yourself on here :)
